Our 1-1 mentoring programmes are designed to systematically equip developing athletes with the practical knowledge and mental toolkit to maximise their potential, deliver consistent high-performance and achieve their goals.
Delivered via our secure web conferencing platform, all our mentoring programmes are specifically tailored to each athlete's individual needs, goals and natural psychological talent.
Before commencing any mentoring programme, the first step involves an initial groundwork session. This provides an opportunity to learn more about the athlete, lay out the framework for our mentoring systems, create a personalised action plan, and answer any questions the athlete might have.
As part of the groundwork session each athlete also completes our StrengthsID® online assessment to identify their unique mental strengths profile and better connect with their natural psychological talent.
An important aspect of the groundwork session is to explore whether mentoring is the right fit for the athlete in terms of where they're currently at and where they want to get to.
The fee for the groundwork session is 75 GBP. Regardless of whether the athlete decides to proceed with 1-1 mentoring or not, we ensure that each athlete 'walks away with value' by equipping them with fresh insight on practical ways they can enhance their development and level-up their mental game.
